Erin Dukeshire is a senior associate with the Great Schools Partnership. Previously, Erin taught science at the middle school and high school levels. Most recently, she was a teacher and Turnaround Team Teacher Leader at Orchard Gardens K-8 Pilot School, a turnaround school in Boston. While at Orchard Gardens, Erin participated in a study tour to Cape Verde in order to design more culturally relevant science instruction for her students. Erin is fluent in Spanish, and she has participated in various policy fellowships that bring teachers’ voices into decisions about policies that affect schools.
